An abundant number of humpback whales come to Frederick Sound to feed in the summer months before heading south to warmer water in the winter. It is not uncommon to see 20 to 30 whales on a given day! Spend a day (or two!) with us watching these amazing whales and other marine wildlife.

LeConte Glacier is the southernmost tidewater glacier in North America. It is very active and is constantly fracturing, calving and filling the bay with hundreds of icebergs. The 12 mile-long fjord leading to the glacier is a magical place to explore with its thundering waterfalls, hidden coves and 2500 foot rock walls polished by the ice.

Our photography tours are designed for photographers, videographers and other guests particularly interested in taking advantage of the beautiful lighting, landscapes and wildlife abundant in Southeast Alaska!

We will share our years of experience to help you get aligned for that perfect shot and give you extra pointers on photographing Alaska’s magnificent wildlife and landscapes. We also specialize in creating custom charters for professional photographers and film production crews. We love providing support and sharing our local knowledge about Southeast Alaska!
